I waited in the lobby for over an hour and 15 minutes after our appointment time. When we get back into the room, the person who was asking the preliminary questions was rude and said my son hadn't had an x-ray for two years and seemed frustrated by that. He has been seen at the office three times in that 2 year period, why have you not done this? It's one thing to have to wait for a tremendous amount of time and get good service... but to wait for a tremendous amount of time and have to deal with a dental assistant who has a bad attitude and is short on patience is something way worse.

I'm unsure what the issue is with these excessive wait times. Waiting 45 minutes to be called back for a 10 minute exam. Then over an hour for the dentist to check them is ridiculous for both parent and child. The scheduling and staffing needs to be evaluated. Definitely not a good fit if your a momma with about an hour of patience.Maybe you can rethink the experience of the patient.

Clean environment. Friendly staff. The wait time between cleaning & dental exam is longer than I feel it should be. With 1 dentist at the facility, there may be an opportunity to evaluate scheduling.
