I would give it less than 1 star if I could. I ordered an arrangement for a funeral, and then was completely ghosted - even though they took my money. I left 6 voice-mails within a 3 day time period; they NEVER answered, nor returned my calls. I went by 2ce during business hours & they were always closed. The funeral home said they were the worst to do business with because if orders were even delivered a lot of times it would be after the service. I tried to work with a local company but I will never use them again.

Ordered flowers on Monday to be delivered on Friday to my mother for Mothers Day. No flowers ever arrived. Tried to call multiple times to only listen to a recording about ‘the busy holiday season’. Left messages. No answer, no returned phone calls.

Awful experience. I ordered flowers for delivery. they were never delivered. I called several times with no response. Sent someone who was local to check and the shop appeared closed and empty. Now I have to find out how to cancel the order since no one seems to be there.
