I’ve had a suntan city membership since 2018 and never have had anything to complain about until the past month or so. Twice in the past month the spray booth hasn’t worked properly and only sprayed out of one of the two sprayers. When I told the ladies at the front desk she said “we will take a look at it” and dismissed the fact that half of my body wasn’t sprayed. Not an apology, nothing.Then the past 3 times I’ve been there , there hasn’t been any wet towelettes/wipes in the spray booths; o seen them in tanning booths but not the spray booth. Nice place but Don’t use bed 1 it’s my favorite but u will not get your full time maybe half if your lucky and I have told several of the girls and all they will say is oh yeah somebody else said that too sorry I mean why am I paying for upgrades only to get cheated I just wish they would get it fixed or something
