I had the pleasure of speaking with Melanie. She was so kind and patient with me, while I dealt with children, and she went over the information I needed. She went above and beyond. Building is unbelievably stressful, but kind people on the other end of the phone makes it more manageable. Seriously puts this company above all bidding. Even in her email back to me, which she immediately responded to let me know she got it, she spread kindness! A+
