My daughter gave me Brandi’s number and I was in such a hurry I just was hoping the pictures would turn out decent.
Before he I wrote this review I did go back and read others opinions of Brandi and words like Amazing ,Awesome, Wonderful, Talented. Were used in almost all the review and as much as this is true, what was more impressive than those attributes was how incredibly professional she was and accommodating. Like I said I was in a hurry to have pictures done of my I son and his new wife. I spoke to her briefly and paid the deposit. It wasn’t more than a hr.couple And I was calling to reschedule the time.
By I don’t know about anyone else’s experience with customer service in the last 5 years but there truly is a lack in treating customers with any kind of respect care or understanding. I will say I was totally prepared to accept that she could not chance the time. So when I told her that I needed location change ,date changes ,time changed AND possibly adding people she responded with the most kind and supportive reaction (even if inside she was thinking something else ??. She was unable to change any of those things but what she was willing to do was transfer my deposit to someone else and offered that to me. ??
You cannot imagine the relief this was. I got off the phone with her called my family after some discussion I called her back and stuck with the original date ,time ,place AND people ?. The pictures true out So much better than I could have imagined my son and his wife were thrilled and said Brandi was so helpful and stress free and made it fun. Thank You Brandi for working with my situation and willing to help solve my crisis. I will definitely be recommending you to all my friends. Please excuse the typos“
