We were walk ins for my mom.It took a while but when we checked in we were told and honestly she didn't miss it by much but I was happy with the honesty.Everyone was super nice and really cared about the service they provided! Will go back if my GP is not available.
Wonderful nurse; wonderful nurse practitioner; wonderful receptionist! All were kind and knowledgeable and I didn’t have to wait long. AND….My health problem was resolved 100%. Completely satisfied!!
The new doctor that is here was amazing with my special needs daughter. She was very kind and thorough the only reason I'm not giving a 5 star rating is because I was there for 2 hours. I know they are having staffing issues and I hope that can get resolved soon because they have had these staffing shortages for the whole 2 years I've lived here. I love having this urgent care so close in this little town and I love that everyone that does work there is so kind no one has ever been rude to me there. I do hate that they have such a high turnover I feel it would be a great place to work because it's a great place to get better.
