“My A/C went out Friday night, with the heatwave last week it gave up. Called Reliable on Monday they were here in a few hours, and with a reasonable estimate. It is now Wednesday and the new unit is installed and cooling my house. My family and I are very happy!“

“woke up to a AC not working and my house already at 80 degrees. called 5 other companies and they were booked out for weeks. With a baby and my wife 9 mos pregnant, we needed somebody to help ASAP. We called Cadco and Kelly the receptionist went above and beyond to help us and fit us in. Jacob and another man came over within a few hours and took care of the problem with no issues, fast and very nice. will def use them again! thanks for saving us on this sweltering day!“

“Final update...10/27. Another tech came out. Replaced another part. Heat works now. Very happy!=====I will adjust my review once my issues are resolved. Had a new A/C and blower installed 6month ago ($9,500). A/C was working fine until we turned the heat on 2 weeks ago. The heat was not working. We called Ashland Furnace..a tech came out and said a new control board needs to be ordered. 9 days later..no part. We called and were told we would get a call back to see what the hold up is. Never received any call back. I called 10/18/2023 (2nd inquiry) and again was told they would get a call back to see where the part is......Update. Part installed 10/19. Heat worked for 30min. Stopped again and won't turn on anymore. Will be calling back tomorrow....It was unfortunate that the new furnace malfunctioned but it was fixed.“
