Had a leaky tub faucet and a faucet handle that wouldn't completely turn off. Tackett & Son came out, diagnosed the issue and realized it was a proprietary assembly that would require going underneath the tub to fix.
They came back a few days later, brought a new Delta faucet and were able to cut into the drywall behind the tub, replace the faucet and drain stopper, then patch the wall up with an access panel - all in about 2 hours.
Great people, great service. Highly recommended!

First time customer of Tackett's a couple weeks ago to fix a water pipe leak near our main and extremely pleased with the customer service, responsiveness, and price. Joey, Cameron, & Tiffany were all super friendly and on top of everything including calling the utility companies to mark the lines before they arrived to dig.
