Going to the Dentist can be an intimidating experience overall, but my first initial visit was anything but. I was greeted nicely and made to feel very important from the moment I went into the office.Dr. Jacobson and Ashleigh are the "dream team". I felt very comfortable and at ease. they both went above and beyond to give me back a great smile. Dr. Jacobson and the staff did a fantastic job and made my experience a good one today. The office is clean and welcoming, all the staff are friendly and skilled, and the Drs are kind and talented. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure and let me know what they were doing at each step. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a skilled and friendly dentist!
It had been a long time since I had been to the dentist since moving to Richmond and was super nervous to say the least as going to the dentist has never been my favorite thing. All of the office staff and hygienists were super friendly and made me feel at home right away. Chris is a perfect person to have at the front desk and taking phone calls as he is so friendly and cheerful! Dr. Foley really took the time to listen to any issues or questions I had and offer a treatment plan that worked best for me. I explained how I recently had twins and she was so caring in asking how I was doing. Will recommend everyone I know to come to this office. It was a very enjoyable experience!
