Rebekah Rose (I am so sorry if I did not spell your name correctly ?) did my ombre yesterday! First ombre ever!!! I was nervous because I explained that I have not been in a salon for a while and I definitely have some damage and box dye (?) on my hair!
She was courteous, professional, and very friendly! She explained every part of the process, answered all of my questions, and even thanked me for letting her know the state of my hair so that she could work her magic and do the treatment in a way to make sure it didn’t further damage it (and it even came out softer and healthier-feeling somehow despite bleach???? GIRL, HOW?)
Jacob was a breath of fresh air ! went to get husband a suit. Jacob was our salesperson. He was knowledgeable, attentive to details and gave constructive suggestions. He was pleasant and patient. We would highly recommend JACOB. Husband bought suit and left with a smile. Thank you Jacob for being such a great asset for JCPenny.

It was an amazing experience. Kennedy was amazing. She explained everything she was doing. She is very knowledgeable and skilled. My hair was so pretty. This is the first time in a very long time that I truly love my hair. I would highly recommend the JCPenney salon!!!!!Service: Hair coloring
