I'm going to start off by saying, if you did not call this company, then you already screwed up! Courtney has the best customer service. Vince and his crew are good at what they do. Dependable, friendly, professional and reliable. It is hard to find a company that really cares about what they are doing. Instead of doing a mediocre job, getting paid and moving on... Vince did things like he was doing his own house, and took the time to do some little extras to make sure things wouldn't become an issue in the future. GRS and specifically Derrick were very reliable, knowledgeable, and professional. The service was great and they addressed my problem promptly! Would highly recommend for any issues you may have.

I had a clog in my walk-in shower and tried Drano, baking soda & vinegar, snake/auger, and then a plunger. I was able to get the drain unclogged, but I noticed some water had leaked from the shower drain pipe and into my basement. My community Facebook page had several postings recommending GRS Plumbing. I called GRS and spoke to Courtney on Monday morning. Courtney gathered my information, was very nice and kept me updated regarding the estimated arrival time of a technician that same afternoon.
