So, it’s long overdue that I leave a review. My entire family comes here and we love the care that we receive . I brought my mom for her 4 month cleaning today, and she is elderly with late stage dementia. The staff is always so good with her, and she really enjoys her visits to the dentist. As we were leaving, my mom struggled to get into the car, and ended up on the ground between two parked cars. We had to call ems to help us get her up. Dr Cummins, and several of her staff, came out and stayed with my mom the entire time , until we got her safely back in the car . It was at least 20 minutes , and Dr Cummins never left her side . I unfortunately have had a lot of dental problems over the years and have seen a lot of dentists. I finally won the dentist lottery when I found Dr. Cummins’ office. From the moment I walk in the door until the moment I have just left, I feel that every person in that office takes pride and joy in their work and genuinely wants the best for me as their patient. Given the location of the office (and how beautifully it is decorated), I was concerned before my first visit that I would encounter judgment for my dental problems or an elitist attitude. Wow, you all make a trip to the dentist an enjoyable experience and I love all the encouragement. I feel like the plan you have me on for keeping my gums and teeth healthy is great!
