“Really nice location/facility and really knowledgeable and friendly staff. Andrew has been able to put together well thought out lifting/exercise circuits that are continually pushing within range of failure and somehow getting them to neatly fit into 30 minutes. We’ve made progress improving shoulder stability, getting me back in shape, and steadily regaining muscle mass and strength.“

“I have always struggled with getting my cardio in. Being a mom of 4 boys and having a busy work life it was just challenging. A friend suggested HotWorx & it has been a game changer. It has motivated me to work out every day. Some days I pop in for a quick 15 min work out and other days I can stay for an hour. It has helped my mental and physical health & now it comes easy and has become part of my daily routine. I highly recommend trying it. The staff is always so kind and it stays super clean! 10/10 all day!!!!“

“The google directions and phone number were wrong. Business is next to Trader Joes. The correct phone number is: 502-708-2245. Google directions placed me in the middle of the shopping center. I was late due to the location confusion, but the front desk person and instructor were super nice and understanding. It's a beautiful studio and the 1.0 reformer flow class was fairly easy for a novice. They do not have google/apple pay bring physical card for first time purchase. I believe they keep it in system after that.“
