I had Mengel replaced the gutters on my house recently. Just getting the sales guy to call me back was a hassle. Then the quote did not come back as I had specified and I had to have them re-quote. It took a week to get an answer on a date the install could be done. I was told the arrival time between nine and 10 in the morning and the installers showed up three hours late, I was not here when the job was finished and when I came home found several pieces of the old gutters in the yard, multiple broken tree branches, and found many nails in my yard. I couldn't be happier with my new windows. Mike was great and explained the process thoroughly. The windows were manufactured and delivered on time, and the installation crew was terrific. I've gone from old, drafty windows covered with heavy thermal drapes to tight, energy efficient windows that fill my home with light. I'm so glad I made this investment.

Great work once it was finally done, but getting there was exhausting. Constant delays and no communication. Covid has caused delays but it is not an excuse for not keeping the customer informed. I had to constantly ask for updates, timing and price changes, always someone new arriving to do the work with no knowledge on what the project entailed. I would not recommend.
