“Moved from out of state where I had an Aveda shop for over 10 years. Was originally scheduled with a different salon that canceled because they lost both colorists. Hair42 was able to squeeze me in for a 2 hour appointment in less than a week, when I originally had to wait 8 with the other place. The service was phenomenal!! She not only met what my previous hair stylist did, but brought my hair back to life after well over 8 months without a cut or color! The salon itself is easily accessed and very clean and comfortable, a fun vibe. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.“

“I left a review on Google. My disappointment was overall the stylist did what she wanted with disregard to what I wanted. I thought the owner's reply was interesting in that she supported the stylist saying they value the long term hair health...more than what I asked to be done, but it's my hair and I paid them... so basically they get the final say? I am pretty shocked at the response, rather than providing me an opportunity to receive a refund, I get the "We do what we think is best" even if that's not what you asked for reply.“

“I’ve been shopping around at different hair salons for a couple years now, some of them very high end and i have to say this place was the best experience i’ve had by far. Ollivia was my stylist and she gave me the exact cut and color I asked for, was super friendly and very gentle with my hair (no yanking through knots while styling) and the price for a cut, all over color, styling, and a bottle of shampoo was SUPER reasonable. “I have wavy/curly hair and Kim did an amazing job cutting my hair! It looks exactly how I wanted. She did a dry cut, shampooed, scrunched with a microfiber towel, and diffused my hair. Cut and shampoo were $35. Kim is also very nice and it was a generally stress-free environment.
