Zo did my hair and beard. I've lived in Louisville for 13 years now, have been to barbers all over Louisville. Zo paid more attention to details than any other barber I've been to in 13 years. Very very pleased with how this came out.

“We had a wonderful experience this afternoon at Goldenrod Barbershop. Our son is neurodivergent and absolutely is terrified of getting haircuts. This place came recommended for sensory haircuts. We are so thankful for the recommendation. Our son absolutely loved hanging with Sydney and Kegan. He even got to play the music he wanted and they were so patient with a zero free judgement zone. My son said his hair was perfect and he wanted to come back. Mind you, we have not been to a professional spot since he was a toddler, and he is 9 now. I can’t tell you how thankful we are for them. Huge victory today and they played a pivotal role when their welcoming arms.“

My review stays at a 5 star, even though I had a bad experience there with either Richard or Jordan 12pm jun 6th. Booked an appointment with Zac through the application, got a confirmation, walked in 15 minutes prior. That person told me he didn't see my reservation two times during which I tried to show him my confirmation number on my phone. After two or three times circling back he said Zac isn't here. I quickly followed the statement with you should have led with that. I'm sure that person is an alright hair cutter but I will never have them cut my hair. After, going outside to cool off, I came back Anthony took care of me really nice and professional, which, I strongly appreciated. Again 5 star Barber shop, just an honest review.“
