“If I could give 10 stars I would. I cannot say enough good things about All Pro. Joe and his staff are wonderful! I live in Louisville, KY, and Joe and his staff helped me with a family member's issue in their area which is 3-4 hours away. He was always accessible by phone and even let me call him after hours to discuss the issue. Our issue was a gas leak, and those repairs can be expensive. He provided information regarding insurance we could purchase after the repair in case we have any other issues. He stood by the price he quoted even when they had to return to fix an additional issue and was even willing to clean out a bird's nest from the hot water vent. It turned out to be a wasp's nest and I needed to contact someone else to take care of it, but still, his team showed up and made the effort. Highly recommend this company!!!“
