I noticed right away the atmosphere is super relaxed and everyone is so friendly, very welcoming. I wanted to do something familiar and new at the same time, but a bit out of my comfort zone. She took her time and ask what I thought along the way so that it was exactly what I was looking for. Oh my goodness, she did an amazing job! I will send everyone I can to Patient Pigtails! She's definitely my new hair bff lol“
