This place is a joke. It's all about how fast they can get people cycled through. I saw no barbicide, no sterilized packages before each customer. They did use bags in the pedicure basins, nuts that's about the cleanest thing I saw. I came in with thick, long nails that had regular nail polish on them and instead of removing the nail polish with acetone, she used two different files on my nails, then had the gaul to try to upsell me to get thicker dip because I have thin nails. She took off half of my nail bed and now I'll have to regrow thick nails again. The end product looks great, but I'll make sure to continually wash my hands and feet so that I don't get an infection with the unsanitary tools. Wouldn't recommend!

I will never go back here. First the nail tech was extremely rude and literally acted like I couldn't afford to get done what I wanted done so no this is a place I will not return to.

The first time I went there, I had the male service. He was very gentle and took his time to make sure my nails were even, and was very kind. I gave a $16 tip. When I went back to get them filled in, I had the older woman. My fingers were on top of hers and in the way, so I tried to move them off and she yelled at me 'No, no I do your nails quit trying to help me. I can do it myself if you want your nails done then quit'. The rest of the time she was slinging my hands around, mad at me like I personally done something offensive to her.
