Family Eye Care Professionals is a highly recommended eye care center with thorough and detail-oriented doctors. The staff, including nurses and receptionists, are friendly, courteous, and helpful. They offer a great selection of glasses and provide honest advice on when glasses are needed. With kind and caring service, they prioritize patients' needs and go above and beyond to ensure the best eye care experience.
I will always give praise and recognition when I feel like it is deserved and Family Eye Care Professionals in Pikeville has went above and beyond for Axel (and Violet). They have been patient with him at every appointment and have never pushed him farther than what his limits are for the day. Today, after almost 4 years (between two different eye clinics) he finally worked up the courage, with help and encouragement from Dr. Compton, to use the phoropter machine! Iām so proud of him and Iām so grateful we found Family Eye Care Professionals Pikeville. This is a huge step in finding the right prescription for his eyes that will allow him to excel even more. I would recommend them to anyone who has small children that are on the spectrum or have sensory processing issues. They have been a blessing in our lives. š§©š

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, they made me comfortable knowing I had chose the right place to come to for my yearly eye exam. They have a great supply of frames to chose from at a affordable price. I enjoyed being treated like a person and not a number.
