I absolutely love East KY Eyecare! I have been going there for 7 years and Dr Cecil is an amazing optometrist! He always takes the best care of me. He also has students working with him, and I would have to say they have a great mentor! My whole family goes to Dr Cecil, and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Hi is office is connected to The Eye Site, and they are also absolutely wonderful and do everything they can to make sure you get the best possible fit for your eye wear! I can’t say enough good things about both places!

Dr.Cecil and his staff are the best. I highly recommend anyone needing to see an optometrist--visit East Kentucky Eye Care to have Dr. Cecil attend to your vision issues. He is the BEST!!!
