I think Dr. Ratliff is the best Pikeville dentist and he’s got a heart of gold how he serves the community at such a fair price. I don’t have insurance and it was still very affordable. You might have to wait a couple weeks to get in, but it’s only because he’s doing the Lord’s work in there and everyone else is also trying to get in to see him.
