“This was my first time going to the Refinery based off recommendations and reviewing several stylists IG accounts that looked like they had experience in the type of haircut I was interested in. I choose Leanna for my haircut and I was very pleased with how it turned out. Leanna was warm and welcoming. She really made sure she understood what I wanted. She checked in with me about length and layering/texturing through out the cut to see if I wanted more before progressing.
She was professional but also personable. The price for her experience, knowledge, ability, and kindness/thoughtfulness was well worth her price. I plan to visit her again for my next visit.
Additionally, the inside is gorgeous! I loved the vibe and all of the plants!! It had such a positive and fresh ambiance I loved it.“

“These sweet ladies helped give me the hair I wasn't born with but was meant to have! I have incredibly baby fine, thinning hair and I now have a beautiful, full, gorgeous head of hair! I wish I would have done this a decade ago. There is not another salon I would trust for extensions. As someone who is not great at fixing my hair, even I can manage to make their work look great! Special shout outs to Sarah and Adel who both took such great care of me before the appointment and Amie for her insane skills in giving me these gorgeous extensions! So her listening and giving me advice and what she thought my hair needed was amazing. My hair feels so nice and feeling the air in my head is so amazing. So light too. I'm very happy with the outcome. I almost Definitely be coming back for sure. I got me so layer a hard water treatment and a few other things. Best experience I've had in a long time. Every stylist I’ve met in the last 7+ years (I’ve lived all over the country) tells me what THEY want for my hair, or what they “won’t do to me,” when I ask for something simple like thinner brows. For once, I got everything that I wanted and didn’t feel like I was irritating anyone. I felt so comfortable and at peace and left feeling recharged. “I had a really nice experience today. Everybody in the salon is very personable. Sam is kind and had a slot open today to work me in he welcomes you like your family. Megan is absolutely amazing and kind! Great family atmosphere. I highly recommend coming to the salon if you want personable and friendly, genuine, and caring people go here! “Went for the first time because of too many terrible hair cuts from Great Clips. The entire staff was friendly and helpful as they fixed my twin 9 year old boys hair. We were a little late for our appointment but they squeezed us in and worked around to get us taken care of. They also made great recommendations for their hair styles.
