After contacting the other “major” carpet cleaning company who refused to clean my area rugs, Rick went far and above to provide a seamless, cost conscious experience! To rugs look wonderful and I have no doubt that I will be using them again in the future.

These guys are amazing. The Real Deal. Our dog got sick all over a carpet a day before a beach trip. I called and they came out two hours later and had the room looking like it never happened. And it was a huge mess from a big dog. Very fair pricing as well! Highly recommended

Excellent service. I have been using Paducah Steam for at least 15 years. Never had them to cancel an appointment or just not show up as I did with my previous service provider. I am amazed at the stains they have gotten out of my carpets/area rugs.
