In response to Cayden & Jeramie Adams......you neglected to tell the whole story, your Grandmother had a gas leak under her house & it could have blown up at anytime, also it wouldn’t have mattered who turned the faucet, it would have broke. There were no charges for fixing your faucet, only for service to the unit. There would be no reason to not charge to get your unit up & running, maybe there was some miscommunication on someones part. Paducah Heating & Air strives to do their finest job in all circumstances, some are not a quick fix. They are fair & will do what is reasonably necessary to fix your needs. We had an older mini split unit in an addition that was not working properly. Called and they sent someone out within 48 hrs and got it working (Tech was polite and fast). The bill was as agreed upon. A couple of weeks later the unit had a different problem and the technician and Anna worked with manufacturer to find the proper part (under warranty) and they worked with the manufacturer to troubleshoot the issue. As it turned out, the part was not the issue and we continued to have trouble, but that was due to the manufacturer giving mis-information and the condition of the unit. Anna and the tech discussed some options with us, and we chose to purchase a new unit. It was installed the following day at a set price and it was definitely the best choice for us. The techs worked fast, wore masks, explained how it worked, and were very professional and polite.

Jesse went above and beyond coming out to our house and staying till 9:00 at night to fix our unit. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of this work! Anna the service manager was also amazing and showed genuine concern to fix our issue over the holiday weekend knowing we had little kids. When you find a company with employees who care it makes a big difference and I highly recommend Paducah Heating and Air!
