I was a pall bearer and a relative to the deceased children yet I was asked to move to a row farther back by a staff member because he was wrongly advised I did not belong there by a caregiver to the deceased. Embarrassed me without a chance for me to tell him who I was. I’ll never go back that’s certain.
My review is concerning Sasha Story who helped us through Tribute Monuments in selecting a gravesite marker for my wife and I, she was so helpful in giving us a wide range of options and costs as well as helping in the design of our marker. We had done our homework and contacted other providers and her professionalism and knowledge exceeded all others. My mother had recently passed and she had everything preplanned which made my job easier so we decided to do the same and not burden family when our time comes. Thank you Sasha!
