“These guys are the only people I will ever call again for any of the services they offer. Here’s what happened…We called multiple plumbing places when MEWS told us we had unusual water usage (about 2000 gallons per day). One said they were out of town, and his other guys were backed up until most of the week. We called a few more, nothing panned out, then we got one willing to come out and investigate. They dug a hole, and found where it was leaking, but then said they couldn’t do the job today, that they would call us later that week or next week. ?? We waited til the next week, my hubby called and the lady said she’d have the guys call him right back. He didn’t. We waited 10 days total, then called and called and called, left 1 voicemail, no one ever answered nor called us back. (By this time we were losing 4000 gallons a day) We were desperate.A friend recommended ICI Mechanical, she got us the number, and my hubby called. Your guy, I believe it was Ryan, came out IMMEDIATELY, and it only took him like 15 minutes total to fix the leaking pipe under our foundation. When I saw how quick he did this, I became furious at the previous guys who were digging but said they had no time to do it today! ??? Ryan was an expert, and the job was done right. I’m so glad I didn’t let dumb and dumber come back!Then, the following Monday, Everett came out and did the water heater. He did a really great job! It looks nice! He was also very personable. So was Ryan.I will never call anyone else but ICI Mechanical again! What a waste of time I went through before them!Now that I’ve figured all this out, save your time, and call these guys!! You won’t be sorry!! The only thing you will be sorry about, is that you didn’t call them sooner!!!“
