My friend and I went there to drop off her machine for same day repair. It does cost $50 more for same day repair. When we asked about other machines, we were taken over to them by a very, what seemed to be unhappy employee. She pointed to it and said, "Here it is." We looked at each other as she walked away, wondering what the heck? We had expected her to go over the wonders of the machine, not walk away. When we returned later to pick up her machine, the owners wife got a little frustrated when my friend didn't understand what she was saying. The owners wife rolled her eyes, which upset me. I don't think I will be back due to the people.

THE GREATEST sewing and vacuum shop: nay; THE GREATEST store in McCracken County you will ever have the pleasure of going to! I broke my sewing machine after tossing it off of a 12 story building to see how many balloons it would take for it to fly. After the first test, I brought it into this shop and was greeted with hospitality, clean, kindness, great service, great people, timeliness, family friendliness, and a great price for fixing my machine! Thanks to English's sew and Vac, I now know I need 774 balloons for my sewing machine to fly. Thanks for the help!
