“My friend and I went there to drop off her machine for same day repair. It does cost $50 more for same day repair. When we asked about other machines, we were taken over to them by a very, what seemed to be unhappy employee. She pointed to it and said, "Here it is." We looked at each other as she walked away, wondering what the heck? We had expected her to go over the wonders of the machine, not walk away. When we returned later to pick up her machine, the owners wife got a little frustrated when my friend didn't understand what she was saying. The owners wife rolled her eyes, which upset me. I don't think I will be back due to the people.“
