I'm going to tell you when I walked in there you don't have to have an appointment but I did my hair was a horrid mess okay like I bleached it several times so it was crazy bad but she ended up giving me a haircut to cut most of the friedness off and then she dyed my hair and she stayed with me and talked to me and everything until everything was set in and then she put another coat on and she talked to me like we've known each other forever it's very comfortable there like a beauty salon should be. She worked miracles on my hair!!!

They offer services for every type of problem you can have. The only bad thing is the way they are handling incoming calls- the call center. it was so much better the old way. In fact, the new way is a joke, especially the guy that is on there right now. He is a bit arrogant.

Made an appointment, was seen on time on the same day. Adam removed an object from my finger, gave me a couple prescriptions for a sinus infection and I was out the door in 30 minutes. Awesome service!
By far the best experience. Answered all the questions, was very courteous and professional. If you're looking for a place to go to have your windows tinted or vehicle detailed you better go to O.C. Detailing. Even if you live an hour and a half away. You absolutely will not be disappointed. I can assure you we will be returning for the years to come.
