Very rude to other customers and myself. Lady at the from desk with brown hair and brown eyes acted like I was lying about the veterinarian telling me the young vet techs could put drops in my dogs ears that they prescribed for free, vet understood how I could not do this alone because my dog was hurting so bad she was scared to get the drops. Not to mention all 3 of my dogs go there for shots. And grooming and just to buy healthy treats. Very rude.

Gave me a price for surgery of 205.-250. The day of surgery asked again max would be 250. With blood work. When picking up my cat it was 350. With an explanation of sorry our price sheet up front isn't updated! So I get screwed over them not being updated!! They are the highest price place in town!

The staff was amazing with our new Great Dane pup and with our other dane that had bone cancer. The compassion and time they allow is the best. Very comforting and amazing. Will continue our journey with this office
