In our interactions with Nick and his team they hold the character qualities of integrity, honesty and effort. When you start with that, as a consumer you can be confident in knowing you are working with the right team. There isn't a perfect builder, but when you know they care it matters when purchasing your next home.

Two stars only because the home they build is good quality and we didn't have any real issues with the house. As far as customer service and communication I would give them zero stars if I could. I'm still not sure what they did with all the HOA money while we lived there as they never sent financials despite it being requested. It certainly wasn't used to keep things like the retention pond (aka swamp) in a reasonable condition. I am not sure why I am even writing this review as there is zero chance they actually listen to customer feedback once they have your money. It takes an act of God to get them to do anything in a timely manner or to respond to you. Sad because...read full review
