Schwartz has friendly, attentive people answering the phone their service is timely. Dakota figured out the problem causing a fluid leak around my furnace (I was afraid it needed to be replaced!) quickly & explained the problem & fixed it, & was patient with my questions (I’m a medical person so I want to understand what’s going on/causing things & how to prevent in future ) . Their monthly payment option (for spring & fall maintenance checks with discounts on call-outs/parts) works well for me.
Schwartz is the only HVAC we use, they are always responsive when we call. They came out 4 years ago when our ac went out and got us a quote for a new HVAC unit fast and at a great price. Andy Howard was able to diagnose and get out system fixed and going again fast.
I called Schwartz Heating and Cooling due to periodic noises my air conditioner was making. Technician Andy Howard came to address the issue. He was kind, patient, professional and answered all of my questions at my level of understanding. I would recommend Schwartz and Andy to anyone and everyone.
