I like the Dr. that I have been seeing, Dr Ferguson. But the telephone staff is the most rude of any place I have encountered in years. They speak over you, cut you off when you are speaking. Cannot look up an appointment when given a name and a date. The tone is hateful. For that reason I am going to seek a different Dr somewhere else. I am a 30 year plus business owner that dealt with the public 6 days a week, 15 hours per day. Had I any employee as rude as the ones I have encountered on the phone at PEC I would have fired them.

I met with Dr. McCormick today. He is respectful, knowledgeable, and takes his time to make the right diagnosis. I trust him implicitly. I will definitely make sure he is my doctor for all future appointments. Gave four stars because of the amount of time spent in the waiting room after my appointment time.

Extremely long wait times! I've been alot with my parents and every time we have waited well over an hour just to be called back. Then you wait almost another hour to see the doctor once you are called back. The staff has always been nice and helpful. Just be prepared to be there all day for eye appointment.
