Very caring, very thorough, very professional, always a great experience after 5 plus years we have been going there. We especially love the bedside manner of Dr Steven Shake. He pays attention to our needs and our questions and keeps us updated on the latest information and important changes we may need to know about.
Everyone there is friendly!! My doctor is super nice and very detailed with my prescription and voice his opinions for the eyes in the future very very nice and i admire and respect him
The staff is great—very helpful, and willing to work with me. I have small indents is my head due to Muscular Dystrophy, and I use a walker. The staff people are so patient and worked with me to get the exact pair of sunglasses I wanted, and fixed a pair of glasses I wanted new lenses (a new prescription) in. I’m terrible with names, but I think her name is Heidi (she has a cool nose ring, like me) is the best. She’s friendly and helpful, takes the time to listen to me, which is so important. Everyone loved the joke about a kid seeing my overweight husband in a a bright yellow rain jacket and the kid asking his mom if he was Winnie-the-Pooh.
