I had been coming here for the past year but unfortunately I will not be returning. The women are rushed and cut up my eyebrows so horribly the past few times. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for 10 years so I know the difference the quality of thread being used. The thread this place uses is harsh and hurts so badly. I have a high pain tolerance and I have left this place hurting the past few times so I will have to find a new place.

If you work or shop at Oakbrook Center, this threading salon is a convenient option. I was lucky to get a walk-in spot late in the morning on a Wednesday. The aesthetician who did my brows was efficient and did exactly what I asked for: cleaned them up and kept them thick. I also got my upper lip threaded and finally got my one annoying chin hair taken out! They accept all major credit cards and you can easily add tip without needing cash. Doesn't get better than this.

I am obsessed with Neel. all my friends and I drive 25 min to come here to get our brows threaded. We've been going here for 5+ years! So amazing! I wish they had a rewards program lol! Great during COVID too.
