Hair stylist pushed my appointment by 15 minutes, so instead of 12pm it was scheduled for 12:15pm. I walked in and no one was at the front to greet me. Someone walked in but didn’t even acknowledge me, walked right past me. The hair stylist didn’t get there till about 12:40pm to take me. I was in there total of maybe 25 minutes. Hair shampooed & hair trimmed/cut within that time frame. For $75 you’d think they’d shampoo & condition my hair a little longer? I don’t think the hair stylist is used to cutting long hair? Left the salon as if I could cut my hair myself. They also take a pre payment, when you book with them online, which I found odd.

Katelyn, the owner, does a phenomenal job. The salon is well maintained and clean and the service is wonderful. I would highly recommend especially if in the market for hair or eyelash extensions.
