Glenn Funeral Home was the best to work with. They respected our wishes, gave us options and allowed us to give our mother the best memorial service I could have ever imagined. Sadly, there was some family drama that transpired and they remained very neutral and professional through it all. Bruce checked on us over and over to make sure everything was how we wanted and we are so thankful for his care and compassion along with all the others. A huge THANK YOU to all the staff for doing what you do and supporting us during this difficult time. We will always choose you!!
Glenn’s was amazing with us and took such great care of not only us but of our mother Linda Hamilton Cottrell and had her looking as beautiful as ever. Mom had very specific wishes and they helped us carry them out to a tee! They were very transparent during the entire planning process from beginning to end. All staff member’s were very helpful and compassionate. They took calls from us after hours to answer concerns and questions and Bruce listened to all our concerns and checked on us constantly throughout the day. We couldn’t have asked for better service or a more compassionate group of people during this very emotional and grief stricken time in our lives....read full review
We had the please of dealing with Glenn Taylor as he handled my father's funeral and all we can say is wow! From the planning, to working with us by giving us a little more time to get our pictures in, dealing with the lady at the front desk, and all the way through the whole thing. I would also like to mention the mortician who prepared my father did truly amazing work as well. There was absolutely nothing at all that could have been done any better. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone. I hope we don't have to do business here again but life happens and when it dies we know we will be back to Glenn's and know we can feel somewhat at ease knowing our loved ones will be taken great care of by the great staff at Glenns.
