They are honest, professional, and affordable. Frank's Plumbing is wonderful for old houses with grandfathered plumbing. They came on time, were nice, figured out what was wrong and fixed it. Frank's Plumbers are absolutely outstanding and did a nasty job removing old cast iron pipes in the ground. They worked for days and replaced old cast iron pipes with PVC. They never once complained and were always courteous. They also cleaned up things well upon finishing. With 100% financing available, they are a one-stop-shop for all plumbing and heating needs for customers in Kentucky and Indiana.
Called Franks for a clogged toilet on Tuesday. Was told it would be fri or later till someone could come out. Got a call the very next morning and barely 24hrs later, clog free!! Thanks Franks for super prompt service an Dillon a very nice young man who solved my plumbing issue. Great kid!:will definitely use Franks for all my plumbing needs.
Planning a major bathroom renovation was a nervous experience for me until I walked into Frank’s Plumbing and Heating and met Rob Harris. Seeing our bathroom, he listened to my thoughts, made suggestions, and then worked to create “my dream bathroom,” which he and his hard working and talented team did. Rob’s wife, Ashley, was a great liaison, very talented, and adept with online designs while patronizing our local businesses as much as possible. Rob placed “the best of the best” skilled employees, Aaron, David, and Kyle, to undertake our work. Knowing that I like a clean house, they made many attempts to cut down on the dust and dirt. Aaron guided his team but listened to their ideas. We were thrilled with their cooperation with each other and us. The positive spirit created by their laughing and talking filtered throughout our home and affected us too. Even before the job was complete, we felt “friends” were renovating our bathroom. We are forever grateful to “our new friends” who made our bathroom dream a reality. We highly recommend you!
Highly recommended. We had a leak in our wall and I called and talked to Kim. She sent her crew out and had it repaired in no time.
