I told her our budget, what the recipient would have liked, what the card should say, when and where to deliver it. I also requested that she send me a photo of the actual arrangement prior to its delivery. The bouquet was just gorgeous. Every single thing was taken care of exactly as we wished and requested. We are in Lexington, KY, and l don’t think we would have received the value, reassurance, and personal service“
