Dr. Marsh and his staff were the kindest and most compassionate staff to my family when it came time for our sweet boy to cross the rainbow bridge. This was the first time we had met the entire staff, but they treated us all like we had been there for years. Very appreciative of Dr. Marsch for being so kind and patient with us when we had to put our dog to sleep after hours. He was on call for our vet and wasn't familiar with us or our dog, but he made a heartbreaking situation more bearable - he gave our dog a snickerdoodle cookie, he explained the process with care, he treated our dog with compassion and understanding, and he gave us as much time with him as we needed. If we weren't already established with a vet for the past 20 years, I would consider switching to Dr. Marsch based on our experience with him at such a difficult time. Thank you, Dr. Marsch.
My family has been using East Side for about 10 years or more. They're extremely compassionate, they work with your budget if needed. And you can truly tell they care for your animals. They keep you updated and make sure you trust your pet is well taken care of. My Chihuahua had some teeth removed here last year and she had no complications and healed so fast. My cat got fixed at a rescue for an event, they messed her up and her wound was heavily infected. East side got me in fast and fixed her issues and helped me with all her health issues that the rescue ignored.
