Always easy in and out. Shipping dock entrance off grimes rd. Open 24/7 I always try to come at night usually no wait to get loaded 1 hour or less than drive all night. Super nice loaders very professional. You have to sign in on computer with a 610number sometimes the computer times out if no ones used it in a while. Loaders have to sign back in than you do your thing. Easy peasy. Thanks Domtar for driver friendly atmosphere.
There were two trucks waiting when I arrived. One in the dock. I checked in and got a door next. I was in and out within an hour. I must have had a lot load, or it was my lucky day.Clean restroom (inside) and the check in at the computer was seamless (they had a little video to explain how to check in)!
Friendly people and fast service Iv been here 33 minutes and I’m loaded with my paperwork in hand. People saying it’s slow it could be the time of day or the people you are dealing with or maybe your load is different some how like being made instead of it being ready. I had no issues
