I bought a used SUV from this dealership a few years ago and it was good. The salesperson Scott was responsive and the post-purchase follow-up was great. I just purchased a new vehicle here in 2024 (30k+ purchase). I did notice that the washer fluid reservoir was empty and wondered what else got missed during the prep. I included that in my messages. I've had no follow-up whatsoever from the salesperson or the dealership. That was over a month ago. Still disappointing that there was no follow-up from the dealership or the salesperson. I miss the personal touch from the 'old' days. Seems to be about closing the sale nowadays, and seeya.

The transmission cooling lines were leaking. we took our Explorer in. I also mentioned that the shifting (range) sensor needed to be adjusted since the car wouldn't start or shift while in reverse part of the time. They replaced the rad instead of replacing o-rings, then ignored the range sensor issue. Don't bring your car there.

Sold me a $13,000 car with multiple expensive problems. Only giving them 2 stars because the day after I bought the car the engine light came on and they paid to have to looked at and fixed at don moore. Leon was super kind to me throughout the process of buying the car and helping me get the first issue fixed without too big of a hassle. Unfortunately, barely over a month of purchasing the car and now the car has more problems and drives horribly. Just took it to get looked at today and was told the alternator was bad. Judging by the responses Champion leaves on other bad reviews they probably won't own up to ripping off a 21 year old.
