Century Property Management is a rental company that manages apartments. Some tenants experienced delays in viewing apartments and updates on maintenance issues, especially if problems were not urgent. Rent must be paid before the due date, as payments are processed early in the morning. Overall, it is considered a good place to rent, but tenants noted some issues with communication and maintenance responsiveness.
Pretty good people to rent from, I didn't really have any problems while we was living there, everything was smooth and they were nice and prompt. However the problems arose when we were moving out. They was a bit less reasonable than normal. When we wanted to collect our deposit back they took a while to get back to us, and then once they got it quoted, they voided our deposit by making deductions for every little thing that should be normal wear and tear and not to mention charged us for things that were left by their mechanics or was there before we moved in. Good people other than that little greedy option to not give us our deposit after we were really good tenants....read full review
Unbelievable how rent went from $435 in 2020 to $695 on a one bedroom apt. $260 rent increase in just two years! I don't know of any employer who gives a 260 pay increase each month, do you? Greed comes to mind!
Was told an apartment would be ready to be viewed the next day. I had a hard time locating the place the next morning as when I found it the apartment wasn't ready to be looked at. Wasted my time
