What a terrible company of scheming money grubbing individuals who have no care for anyone. Put up a 5 day Notice to Vacate the day after I paid rent stating that I had dog and another person living with me. My girlfriend and her service animal would come over often, and according to the lease could stay for 14 consecutive days. This incident occurred before the 14 consecutive days were up. They then proceeded to take a rent payment on the 2nd before kicking me out the 3rd and taking the deposit as well. Have a friend who rents from them. They are very controlling. The neighbors do not like his work truck so the complained. Just for that one complaint they gave my friend and his family a five day eviction notice. Luckily he talked them out of it. Also he has a vehicle for sale and they told him he could not sell anything from the house.

I think its finally been long enough to where I can legally write a review.I lived on Sydney lane for about 3 years. The first few years were great. We didnt have any issues and we only called maintenance once about our dryer. (all they did was replace it with an older model)One year in living at sydney lane, I was suggested by both my doctor and a therapist that an emotional support animal would help with my anxiety/depression. they wrote a letter for me so I could get it approved by CPM. (CPM has a strict no pet policy in these specific apartments) Whoever was working at the time took down all of my cats info, the ESA letter, and approved of everything.
