I think its finally been long enough to where I can legally write a review.I lived on Sydney lane for about 3 years. The first few years were great. We didnt have any issues and we only called maintenance once about our dryer. (all they did was replace it with an older model)One year in living at sydney lane, I was suggested by both my doctor and a therapist that an emotional support animal would help with my anxiety/depression. they wrote a letter for me so I could get it approved by CPM. (CPM has a strict no pet policy in these specific apartments) Whoever was working at the time took down all of my cats info, the ESA letter, and approved of everything. I called to inquire about a apartment that was posted for rent. I was asked my age; and if I have children. It seemed to be a major problem that I have kids. The Fair housing act does not allow you to discriminate against any of that. My friend also called to see about a place and was told his children could not live with him there. Please be aware if you have kids!

Pretty good people to rent from, I didn't really have any problems while we was living there, everything was smooth and they were nice and prompt. However the problems arose when we were moving out. They was a bit less reasonable than normal. When we wanted to collect our deposit back they took a while to get back to us, and then once they got it quoted, they voided our deposit by making deductions for every little thing that should be normal wear and tear and not to mention charged us for things that were left by their mechanics or was there before we moved in. Good people other than that little greedy option to not give us our deposit after we were really good tenants....read full review
