Budo Traditional Karate is the absolute best for learning true Shotokan karate. More than that, they are family. I’ve never been comfortable around others and I have many faults. I have never felt anything but love and team spirit from all those in the dojo. I am no karate master. I’m a yellow belt. I was gone for some time during Covid and a surgery that went bad. I was embarrassed and scared to return. Open arms and pats on the back is all I received. I am improving now at quite a pace and feeling more and more comfortable and eager to attend each class. Their starter deal is amazing. $50 buck for first month and Gi. They also let you pay month to month. If a program focuses only on big commitments, that should raise questions. From my experience. Great teacher/sensei and atmosphere.

This is the only place where you'll find traditional karate instruction in the entire region and Sensei Renfrow is a world-class instructor! My whole family has been training here for three years, now, and we just love our karate family! Call or come in and talk to Sensei or Jamie to get started!
