I have rented with Benchmark since 2016. I absolutely love them. The office staff are wonderful and anything I ever need fixed was done that day. To me, they are the best out there.

I've rented through them, at a property they manage, for 13 years. Very friendly. Quick to send someone out if something needs to be repaired. Penni, that works there, is the sweetest and kindest person ever! I'm going to miss renting through them.

We've been renting with Benchmark for two years. Very quick response if anything goes wrong. Friendly staff. House is clean and good condition, good neighborhood. The rent is fairly reasonable for what we are getting.
