I wish there was 10 star option. The experience was much better than a 4 but not quite a 5.The response time was when we needed it. Communication was awesome! Shawn was kind and knowledgeable. The cost was much more than expected. Next time I will comparison shop but will choose Zoom Drain if they are close, up to 10% more.

The Zoom Drain team member arrived on time, was very professional and knowledgeable. The task was completed very quickly and when he departed there was no mess left behind, I highly recommend this company

Came out within 20 minutes of call. Assessed the issue and gave great advice. There was nothing he could do as a new shower needs to be installed and there was no charge for the call. I highly recommend dor all your drain needs.
