When our sump pump stopped working in the middle of a Friday night during a week of heavy rain with more expected today, I called Roto-Rooter and they said they would have a tech call me back. He called within 10 minutes, talked to us about the problem, and recommended setting up an appointment this morning though he would have been willing to come right out at 3 a.m. if necessary. Roto-Rooter called us promptly at 8 like promised to set up the appointment this morning. While we had finally gotten the pump to work overnight, and didn't end up needing their services, I really appreciated their quick response and helpfulness. With widespread flooding today, I'm sure they are inundated with emergencies but we still got fast, personal attention and I think that's amazing!
