They are passionate about MMA especially teaching the children through professional and compassionate approaches. These guys are awesome! Their new Gym in Nicholasville is Awesome!!!
It’s very rare that you find a professor/professors that not only care about your skill development inside of the gym but also incorporate skills and lessons that can be used in everyday life. The environment is second to none
Stopped in for an open mat, great staff and student interactions. I got folded up like a cheap lawn chair lol but they gave me plenty of chances to work and didn’t have to deal with any egos on the mat. Look forward to stopping in next time I’m around, definitely recommended!
