Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ or Jiu Jitsu) is a martial art, combat sport, and self-defense system that focuses on grappling and submission techniques. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger assailant by using leverage and proper technique to take the fight to the ground and applying joint-locks and chokeholds to submit the other person. Sparring, commonly referred to as “rolling”, and live drilling play a major role in training. Also offer Boxing, Kickboxing as well a combination of the arts known as MMA. A skillset you learn to combine striking, wrestling, and grappling.our goal is to help you transition from drilling to executing against a resisting opponent
